    Nitin Motwani grew up just steps away from the site of PARAMOUNT Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The Motwani family has been synonymous with the transformation of Ft. Lauderdale Beach into a world-class destination and remain one of the largest property owners in the area.
    Mr. Motwani has been involved with the creation of Encore Housing Opportunity Fund (EHOF), a private equity fund focused on opportunistic real estate investments and development. Mr. Motwani serves as a Managing Director of EHOF focusing on acquisitions, development, dispositions and fundraising. Since that time, EHOF has overseen over $1 billion of investments in Florida, California, Texas, and Arizona.
    Since 2006, Mr. Motwani has also been the Managing Principal of Miami Worldcenter, a 30-acre mixed-use project, located in the heart of Downtown Miami. In this role Mr. Motwani is responsible for every facet of the project including but not limited to land acquisition, zoning and entitlements, financing (public and private), joint ventures and development. Miami Worldcenter is the largest urban project in Miami and one of the largest in the country.

    Daniel Kodsi has more than 25 years of experience developing a diversified real estate portfolio of more than $1.1 billion in mixed-use, multi-family, condominium and planned single-family home communities. From award winning master-planned communities around the state, to the luxurious PARAMOUNT Bay high-rise in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, as CEO of Royal Palm Companies Mr. Kodsi developed more than 30 separate development projects, generating over 3,000 units throughout the state of Florida.
    In recent years, Mr. Kodsi has focused on asset managing over a quarter of a billion dollars in distressed assets throughout the state of Florida and the Southeast United States. In addition to developing PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach, Mr. Kodsi has plans to pursue future projects with Mr. Falcone and Mr. Motwani and expand the PARAMOUNT Residences branded residences to other locations.
    Art Falcone has over 35 years of executive experience and a proven track record of success. Mr. Falcone brings tested leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled expertise in all areas of real estate. He has diverse and extensive experience in the management of purchasing, financing, and developing residential and commercial real estate product types.
    Mr. Falcone is one of Rescore’s directors and a Managing Principal of Encore, and the Investment Manager. Mr. Falcone will be responsible for all facets of the business and sits on the Investment Committee.
    Mr. Falcone is also the founder and Managing Principal of Miami Worldcenter, one of the largest master-planned urban environments in the United States. Spanning more than 30 acres across nine blocks in the heart of downtown Miami, the already approved project allows for more than 15 million square feet of mixed-use multibillion-dollar development.
    As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 2004 to the present of Falcone Group, a vertically-integrated real estate and land development organization, Mr. Falcone successfully established the company as an internationally recognized real estate corporation.
